The queue on the phone quickly mounts up, and you don't offer inperson appointments. Maybe offer booking of appointments online, my daughters surgery has an online form you complete and she gets a reply with an appointment with the most appropriate clinician, with non urgent appointments being scheduled for a number of days in the future.

Compared to past medical centres I’ve encountered, Queensview does have a far more professional approach - staff seem genuinely involved with patients and waiting times are tiny

You can keep your position in the queue and the surgery calls back, which is nice. Receptionist booked me in for a face to face appointment as needed and I always see the same doctor, who actually listens! I’ve been able to discuss all problems and get them all seen to. Very happy

A better system in place for booking appointments maybe?
